Here's how it works:
Pre-registration is required.

Choose your session (WED OR SAT) & kit
(TRADITIONAL OR BATIK) & purchase your first month's kit for $5.

Bring in your COMPLETED block to the next month's session and receive your next month's kit FREE!
(No pins, basting, staples, or glue!)

During each session we'll introduce that month's block & provide a bonus "techniques & tools - how to" demo.

Your kit will include the pattern and fabric. Fabrics may differ depending on availability.

In addition, we will share all of the latest and greatest fabrics, pattern, books, & samples each month!

This is a superbly fun event and we look forward to seeing you race to the classroom, but we would also like you to review these conditions before you make a commitment to the program as we will not be making any exceptions.

A Few Conditions:

You'll get 1 FREE kit each month. If you'd like to make multiple quilts or blocks you must pay for any additions.

Sessions will be held each month on the 3rd Wed & Sat at 8 am and you must attend the session you register for without switching sessions. To receive your FREE kit, you must personally attend your assigned session. No exceptions.

The doors to the classroom will open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. You will have 15 minutes to show your completed block and take a seat in the classroom. The sessions will start promptly at 8 am.

If your block is COMPLETED, we'll give you a ticket and that ticket will entitle you to your next FREE block which we will pass out at the end of the demonstration. If you ran out of time and your block is not complete, or you can't attend for ANY reason (health, vacation, emergencies) you can buy that month's kit for $5 after the meeting (while supplies last) OR you may use one of your "Get Out Of Town FREE" Passes! Attach your Pass to your finished block and send to the meeting with a friend OR bring your finished block after the meeting!

"Get Out Of Town FREE Pass" & Door Prizes: Each person automatically receives a Door Prize ticket for attending the sessions ON TIME. You may also earn Door Prize tickets by bringing a friend to join the club, bringing COMPLETED 2nd sets, and some surprises along the way. These Door Prize tickets will be drawn at the end of the session and will include "Get Out of Town FREE Passes" and fun giveaways.

If you arrive late, we won't give you a ticket, but you may still attend the session and then purchase your block for $5 at the end of the demonstration.

If you are unable to attend your assigned session, you can purchase that month's kit for $5 while supplies last. Bring the finished block to the next session and that month's kit will be FREE!

You must stay for the entire demo to receive your block or pay $5 if you leave early.

We will not be sewing together during the sessions, but we'll demonstrate how to complete each block.

Enjoy this special shopping time alone without your spouse or children! The store is open just for you!

The minimum age for participating in the $5 quilt is 18. Visitors and children are not permitted at this event and will not be allowed in the store before 10 am.
